It is the definitive space for professionals, creatives, and practitioners to explore dialogue where it actually lives—in the room, in the relationship, and in the moment of decision.

Welcome to Year 3: Communication In Motion. While past years focused on introducing concepts and deepening understanding, this year is dedicated entirely to execution. We are shifting from learning about connection to communicating with deliberate intention, unshakeable confidence, and measurable impact.

The Internal Voice maps the lines of communication within organizations, exploring linear, top-down, and bottom-up dynamics. Participants engage with emotional intelligence as they examine how to treat the internal customer as intentionally as the external one. Designed for HR practitioners and people managers, this studio is honest, and deeply human.

Leadership today operates in complex, fast-moving environments where communication can make or break a moment. This studio is designed for both aspiring and established leaders who want to sharpen how they show up in high-stakes conversations. Participants explore the environmental and societal forces that shape behaviour and communication, and develop practical approaches to managing difficult, tense, and nuanced business interactions. A space for honest reflection, real dialogue, and stronger leadership presence.

S4: The Communicator's Blueprint

Who are communicators, and what power do they hold? This clinic is built specifically for media and communication practitioners — professionals who shape narratives, manage reputations, and drive influence every day. Participants map the full spectrum of communication disciplines, clarify their role and authority within organisations, and walk away with practical templates for building communication strategies that are structured, intentional, and impactful. A session for practitioners ready to own their expertise.

S5: Band to Brand: How Lost Tribe Moves People

Lunch is served — and so is one of the most compelling communication stories in Caribbean culture. After 45 minutes to eat, connect, and recharge, participants are joined by the team behind Lost Tribe — winners of Medium Band of the Year for three consecutive years. Their creator, a masquerader and communicator, alongside their media person, opens up the full creative and communication process: from developing a Carnival theme, to carrying that vision across every channel, to every masquerader, and to the public. A masterclass in brand storytelling, community communication, and cultural identity — told by the people living it.

S6: Own Your Name: Personal and Organisational Branding

Your brand speaks before you do. This closing session is Community 2026’s signature hybrid experience — part Clinic, part Studio — exploring the craft of branding from both a strategic and creative lens. Participants examine how to build a brand with intention, communicate it with consistency, and express it powerfully across every channel. From personal branding imagery to organisational identity frameworks, this session equips you with both the tools and the creative confidence to own your name. The day closes with an intimate fireside chat with a personality whose brand journey brings every conversation to life.
