In this story Genesis wrote which is based on a very close friend of her’s. She used fabric marker’s, cloth and crayons for the pillow to go along with her story. But the meaning is deep since the story is about the love between two friends since they were middle aged. Her inspiration for this story majorly stem’s from her best friend that she met when she was 28 and she is almost 50 years old now. So recounting memories and the meaning of this particular friendship is what drives this children’s story to the heart of all reader’s. This submission includes the Pillow that was made by genesis and a original story created by Genesis. Jacqueline’s New Garden. Not so very long ago there lived a little Gardener named Jackie. She loved to garden herbs fruits and vegetables nuts honey and flowers. One day she discovers a pine tree that had lost of beauty due to a terrible blizzard. Jackie usually plans from seeds, but you heard the light after talking to her mom, she learns how to plant from cuttings. A month later, Jackie and her mom are moved to tears when they discover the pine they planted has grown tall and beautiful with fragrant leaves and golden pine cones. The next day, Jacqueline meets her best friend Brittany for a picnic, with many gifts for her from the garden. It is spring and Jackie is wearing her favorite velvet grass green dress with half sleeves. In return for the wonderful Gifts of food and flowers, Brittany gives Jackie a lovely pale pink apron with a glittering rose pink belt. Brittany explains to her friend that the nectar from the red rose in the middle of the belt has natural powers to help heal people, as well as help to grow other plants and flowers. The moment Jackie thanks Brittany, the most beautiful Firefly Jackie had ever seen flew over to them lands Britney’s shoulder. This is Sandy Brittany introduced. She is my best Firefly friend, and queen of our local Firefly colony. Sandy made the apron and the belt that will now grow many Gardens with your help, Jackie. We needed a special girl to give it to Brittany continued, since I am no longer interested in gardening but now like beekeeping and Butterfly tending. I see said Jackie with a gentle understanding smile. A few days later, the friends met next to the Pine Tree to plant a gorgeous Garden around it. Jackie proudly showed a blueprint of her new Garden to her friends. Brittany and Sandy applauded. Sandy now landed on Jackie’s shoulder gracefully. It’s wonderful Jackie! Sandy exclaimed. Thanks said Jackie looking down shyly and blushing a little,  she smiled. Well let’s get started Sandy laughed. I don’t have forever I’m getting so old. Just then Jackie barely noticed a thin streak of silver in Sandy’s blonde Cascades of golden curls, underneath her dark purple antennas. I think you’re beautiful Jackie said. Sandy’s emerald eyes lit up. Sandy laughed again. Bless you she said. Now Jackie was glowing. Her blue eyes were suddenly lit up with love. Who was this pretty little creature? Jackie was determined to find out, because she knew she would love Sandy for the rest of her life. Now Jackie gave Sandy The cuttings she brought with her. There were red pink and yellow rose bushes, and a red honeysuckle bush. Jackie put on her pink apron. Sandy carefully took the glittery belt in her hands and put a fresh red rose in front. She kissed the rose to give it power, and gently buckled the belt behind Jackie. Now girls Sandy instructed Brittany I need you to make a little honey tea honey with water- so we can water all the flowers once they are planted. Sandy touched Jackie’s cheek and hugged her. The flowers are almost as pretty as you are Sandy said. Brittany took her teapot and water jugs down a long path to her beehives. She whispered to her bees to work, because healing Jackie’s mom was only a few hours away. Meanwhile, Jackie and Sandy planted a bush firmly. They hugged each other again and noticed the bush went deeper into the ground. Sandy grinned.. It must have taken root said Jackie. Yes said Sandy love makes all of nature grow. We need many group hugs too said Sandy let’s wait for Brittany. Just then they saw Brittany walking back down the path, a wagon handle in one hand, and a teapot in the other. In the wagon there were seven jugs of light honey tea. Jackie looked at Britney and amazement wow girl she said you and the bees must have really worked hard! Yeah Isaid Britney it was happy work. The tea looks great just the right shade of gold said Sandy, but it needs something. Got it she said, snapping her tiny fingers. The tea needs sparkling bubbles Joy bubbles for extra air. How do we do that the girls ask the dragonfly in unison. Sandy twirled around. Dance! She exclaimed. The friends danced together – a fantastic, loving, lyrical dance. The girls both ended in a split on the soft grass, while the dragonfly ended with many graceful jumps and turns in between them. The friends dance created many Joy bubbles in the teapot, and Sandy and Brittany met Jackie’s mom, and was able to help heal her with the golden tea in no time. Later that night all four friends brought Jackie’s mom to the garden, and she brought along the rest of the tea to nurse the food plants and Roses there. They celebrated into the late hours of the night, and they all knew they would be friends forever. Enter epilogue many years later when Jackie became a young woman she was sad to discover she couldn’t become a mother. For Jackie, Sandy presented her an amazingly powerful locket of love, and asked her to care for the next generation of Sandy’s children that Sandy couldn’t care for on her own, and of course Jackie said yes. So all the friends cared for Sandy’s children and became a family but that’s another story ..… enter this story is dedicated to a very special friend, I love you more than life Sandy and I am determined to have you back in my life!
