🎯 About the Event

The Transition Fair, hosted by FGCU’s College of Education through the Real Independence Successful Employment (R.I.S.E.) program, is designed for transition-aged students (14+) in Southwest Florida. This event helps students and their families discover resources, meet service providers, and explore opportunities for the future.

The Transition Fair brings together a network of providers dedicated to empowering young people with additional needs to successfully move from school to adulthood.
