This educational presentation, hosted by Florida Gulf Coast University’s GIDDI (Growing Inclusion for Developmental Disability Initiatives) program, is designed to equip families, caregivers, and advocates with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed decisions about guardianship.

Guest Speaker: Blake P. Hampton
Blake P. Hampton is an elder law, estate planning, and probate attorney, and founder of Hampton Law in Fort Myers. Inspired at age 15 by his brother Grant, who has autism, Blake chose a career that allows him to serve both the elderly and individuals with additional needs. He has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star for seven consecutive years and was honored as a Top 40 Under 40 professional by Naples/Lee Herald Magazine. Blake is an active community leader, serving as Vice President of LARC, Inc., and is involved with the Florida Bar Elder Law Section.
