Carolyn O’Connell is a Behavior Analyst who has spent the last fifteen years working with children with additional needs. Passionate about the lives of children, she has dedicated herself to their well-being as a teacher, counselor, therapist, and a mom. Carolyn knows that the correct application of Applied Behavior Analysis, along with a lot of love and patience, can shape even the most challenging child into a Masterpiece. Carolyn has found that the best way to shape behavior is by creating motivation, whether that is in a natural setting or a contrived motivating environment. With the help of her devoted staff, Carolyn knows that the work she does has an essential impact on our community by transforming children that would otherwise be left behind by society into functioning, capable adults. Carolyn is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and holds a Master of Science degree in Educational Counseling. She is a proud product of the Collier County Public schools ,where she graduated from Naples High School.
